Resignation of a member from the Board of Directors
The management of Phoenix Power Company SAOG (“the Company”), on behalf of the Company’s Board of Directors, is pleased to inform the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange, and investors of the resignation of Mr. Matsumoto Koichi from his position as a member of the Board of Directors and other committees on February 28, 2024 for personal reasons.
