1- Mr. Victor Caballero Arcos
Mr. Victor Caballero Arcos, a professional engineer with a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering, has over 17 years of experience in the power and water industry. He currently serves as the Regional Head of Assets MEA at JERA Middle East & Africa in Dubai, UAE, a position he has held since February 2024. Prior to this, he worked at ACWA Power in various leadership roles, including Project Director in Dubai from August 2023 to February 2024, Executive Manager in Dubai from April 2018 to December 2019, Assets Director in Morocco from January 2016 to April 2018, Project Director in Morocco from January 2013 to December 2015, and Site Manager from November 2007 to December 2012. Mr. Victor Caballero serves as a director in different companies, including Mesaieed PCL, ITM O&M Company, Amiral Cogeneration Holding Company Limited, Najim Cogeneration Limited, Nawaras Power Company, and Rihab ElAwal Power Company. He also holds the position of Chairman at Najim Jeera Operation and Maintenance Company.
2- Mr. Younis Salim Saeed Al-Siyabi
Mr. Younis is a qualified professional with a National Vocational Qualifications Certificate (NVQS) in Technician, Second Level, specializing in industrial operations. This certification, awarded by the Emergency Medicine Trainees' Association (EMTA), UK, is recognized in the United Kingdom and other developed countries.
His professional career began at Flexible Industrial Packages Co. (SAOC) on April 15, 2000, as an operator of an Italian-made color printing machine. In 2007, he transitioned to the role of Production Officer, and by 2010, he was promoted to Personnel and Administrative Manager, where he also served as an authorized signatory for the company.
In 2011, he joined Al-Rawas Marble and Granite Company LLC as a Public Relations Officer, serving from May 14, 2011, to February 20, 2012. Subsequently, from April 10, 2012, to 2022, he worked at the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs until his retirement.
