Board of Directors’ resolution disclosure

Phoenix Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 21^st July 2025:

 

1.  Appointment of Mr. Atsushi Terada as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee from 21^st July 2025. Mr. Atsushi Terada holds a master’s degree in engineering and has over 15 years of experience in the power sector.
